Avoiding Burnout
As a small business owner it’s highly common to experience burnout frequently. The work never stops and the responsibilities keep increasing, therefore it is important to establish a strong foundation to not only help manage stress, anxiety and burnout but also keep you energized, focused and motivated.
In order to stay organized, I use tools such as Notion that help track my progress, create to-do lists and stay on top of deadlines. Knowing that energy is my most scarce resource, I prioritize tasks to preserve my energy and complete work efficiently. When dealing with complex problems or feeling stuck creatively, I take long walks to help visualize solutions and brainstorm new ideas.
